OK, Sakura is just saying that so Naruto wont go off and fight. Sajura is just lying in order to keep Naruto safe. Thats my perspective. But naruto wont go for that, look at the last line, "i hate people who lie to them selves". Yeah .... even Naruto knows that shes lying to her selve. Thats all i have to say.
