2011 Disney Princess Half Marathon - All Along The Entire Route

The 2011 Disney World Half Marathon witnessed the mettle and determination of over 13,000 female runners/walkers and a few assorted males/husbands. Congratulations to all these women, young and old, whose fortitude faced 80-degree temperatures and humidity for the coveted Princess Half Marathon medal.

A special congratulations to this videographer's wife, Di - and her friend Kari - who completed her first half marathon. You are a princess - before, during and after the race! It was a blast to follow you and be inspired by you along the course!

Lee, I could not believe i saw you when I came through the castle. Your january half video was so inspiring to me. It was such an amazing day, and now I can relive it with your video. And I'm in it!!! Thank you for the support and seeing you along the course really did help to push me along. I had to smile if there was a chance I'd end up on you tube. Congrats to your wife and her friend on their first halfs. Hope you had an amazing vacation.

I'm running next month and, like so many other women before me, have used the puppy dog eyes to get my boyfriend to run it with me. This just inspired me to train harder! I'll definitely show it to him tomorrow to excite him! Thank you for posting this!
