Christopher Broom is a United States Veteran and outpatient at the Martinsburg Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. Mr. Broom has implemented a very successful PTSD treatment program in the Martinsburg VA Medical center using Alternative techniques and modalities. PTSD, or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, is something many veterans develop after witnessing a traumatic event. Living with PTSD can be very hard for a person and his/her family and friends. His program emphasizes putting the sense of compassion back into each veterans life which has been stripped away from them. This video is a summary of his program.
