I strongly agree that we should not deprive our elderly their freedom and sense of independence. Often times, we rob these from them by treating them like they can no longer take care of themselves. They might be frail but this doesn’t mean they are already pathetic. Adult children who worry about their senior’s safety should simply give their elderly a PERS and both of them can live with a great sense of peace of mind.
