@NoDdY4137 These days it does not take talent to earn big money in the movie business or the music business. Will Smith is not a great actor. He is not even a good actor. Just like there are highly paid singers who can't really sing, so too are there highly paid actors who can not act, and Will Smith is one of them.

People say it was Will Smith's show, and yeah it was. But without the supporting cast, you wouldn't have a show! Hubert made the role hers whereas the new actress had no presence and was simply there to make up the numbers. It's a shame they couldn't reconcile. Hubert doesn't strike me as a woman to compromise, though.

@MizuNotes she basically claims he fired her form the show, he said it's not true. He moved on but unfortunatelly she did not. She lives with resentment and hate towards him to this day. I think it was a typicall case of two people with different personalities that clashed. It happens in any work place. He was the star of the show so it was her who had to go. She could leave in peace but instead she started a war. She sued NBC and Will. She lost big time.
