This documentary gets the valid information out there and was annotated on the lower script line with 2008 information. This was the first CAFR1 video that got the ball rolling for international disclosure of the CAFR of which has become the biggest shell game played in government finance. Government promotes annual "Budget Reports" and at the same time virtually not a peep as to their Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) Do a Google search on CAFR - 1 million hits!




The shell game in simple analogy that has been played out by government per the "CAFR" vs. "The Budget" is as follows: If you have a basket of 40 apples (the budget) and a basket of 200 oranges (the CAFR), if you audit the basket of apples you will find 40 apples and then government implies "an audit of the fruit basket shows 40 apples, look no oranges!" Ron Paul put up a bill to "End the Fed", but not one single soul would sign it as a co-sponsor. When that didn't work he began bill 1207, which was "Audit the Fed", which at least got quite a few co-signers. But the whole thing was shot down by an obscure thing which is NEVER adhered to otherwise, except is sure came in handy for the Fed. Also, Catherine Austin-Fitts found out CAFR when she worked in PaPa Bush's adm. They bankrupted her and worse. Now she helps, too at Solari com. Bless u both.

At 4:12 Walter uses the term BING (and this is from a Public Access program of the year 2000) and now I see the connection to Microsoft's use for their Search Engine name.

@CAFR1 A Google web search for "Government" after three days yielded millions of hits and the video was the #1 hit.

After Google's IT staff intervention in fudging the view stats, it disappeared. I posted an article on the CAFR1 front page per Google fudging the numbers with screen-shots I took at the five day mark.

You see psychologically, if the viewer sees low numbers they think: "must not be important" and "I guess no one cares about this" That is why the controllers expend great effort to fudge the numbers and yes in doing so it does have the effect intended..

The CAFR1 Google video in reality has had somewhere between 5 to 7 million views worldwide and people are learning "The Biggest Game in Town"

PS#2: Google owns YouTube. They also froze the stats and ratings on this YouTube video for the last five months. The ratings as of this writing are at "17".

Get ten (10) friends to rate and then look. The ratings will still be at 17.

Now five months ago two weeks after release the ratings on the same were at 112 and snipped to 17..
