@afropoweri ur rom needs to be unzipped and check every file within if missing download again somewhere ese, rezip rom and remake cache file and place back in cache rom folder.

yeah sorry about that msg i was really upset..but umm im looking for Streetfighter 3rd strike well all the SF3 games there r more than just one...and any other roms you have i dont mind i need something to play while on the bus or in class lol

sf3..you can play on pc.. (i have tutorial) but i dont know about psp cuz sf3 is cps3

this shit is pissing me off i follow every step and everytime i load it up it said some file cant be found...there are no effing videos that show EXACT details on where to get FULL FILED ROMS and how to install them the right way WITHOUT any MISSING FILES..the only rom that works is the rom that it came with Capcom vs Marval..
