What happens to the old DNS settings then? And what if it doesn't work, can I just restore it to automatic, and will it detect the old DNS settings? Will my ISP detect the settings I've changed? Sorry, Imma newbie. :)

@pussyslicer Hey, I just made the Windows 7 video and posted a video response to this page. The video is actually much better than the XP video, because I talk about using Google namebench software to acquire the fastest DNS servers local to your computer.

@RicoshetSC It might, but you may need to get a list of Google DNS servers IP's in Australia if it doesn't.
