100Things.com.au Number 20- Say YES to Everything for 1 Week

In another life I once owned a small business. In what was an 'interesting' two year period consisting of large debt, making repayments, and no spare time, I found that I'd began to say NO to almost everything outside of work. NO to family, NO to friends, NO to myself. I'd become a negative person who rarely opened up to the world.

Thankfully, at some point, I realized what was happening and so decided that in an attempt to right my wrongs I would spend on entire week saying YES- to absolutely everything. This week has just occurred.

This video is evidence of what happened in a week that I'll never forget.
