Of course I'm in no position to know the answer to your question for sure, but I've been given a clue: It's "Body By Science", not "Body By Faith" :-)

Is Mrs. McGuff making regular strength increases training at this frequency? Did she work up to the point where 14 days off was required or was a leap of faith made (so to speak) and this frequency simply tried - successfully?
