get to ss3 as goku...then reduce your hp under 15....decent to goku again....try to accent...he will turn to small goku...get the dragon balls....summon dragon, with for moon, get small goku to ss3...and then hit a z to accent and he will turn to oozaru first then pan shows up and he turns to ss4....

ok so i have my HP 7 and PL 12,000,000 and when i press Z i just turn into ssj not kid goku!help plz!

@Galaxyi2 your HP must be below 10 to be able to ascend to Kid Goku
