Never finished this game . . . I was so in love with the Sega CD version, I didn't think it could be made any better . . . It's still my favorite. I was afraid the PSX version would ruin it. There were a lot of warranted changes between SS and SSSC, but how can you improve upon perfection?

Personally, I never played the Sega CD version before playing the PSX version. I didn't have a Sega CD growing up. I heard that it was the superior version.

There's no real explanation; it's a typical "we need to make the final boss look completely abnormal in order to make it look unique/cool". I.E. Zeromus from FF IV and X-Death from FF V.

I never bothered to grind in this game. It would've made things waaay too easy.

I have a feeling if they ever make Lunar 3 that Zophar will be in it just because of his last words, "I will never be completely defeated...never!" It sounds like he dead but so was Ghaleon

Omni-Zophar was WAY harder than SSSC's Ghaleon, especially if you didn't know you could destroy the two extra hands before the "real" fight started.
