Bethany Joy Galeotti (nee Lenz) performing the song "Sweetest Thing" during Tin Pan South 2009 as part of the band Everly. Bethany Joy first sung the song as part of her USO performance at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC, for the CW television show One Tree Hill in September 2008. A recorded version of the song was on the Mission Bell CD that Joy and Amber Sweeney (the other half of Everly) were selling after the Tin Pan South Performance at The Rutledge in Nashville, TN, as well.

wow:O jaw dropping. I never really thought her voice was this gorgeous. i just thought she was another one of those actors that sings too sometimes, but isn't too great, but wow she is absolutly amazing

Oh definitely, Joy is anything but average when it comes to music and singing - she is incredibly talented. Make sure you check out "The Girl in the Moon" and "Home Is Me, You Are Mine" as well from the same performance because they showcase her singing and songwriting talents even more than this song does :)
