I remember I used to live in Virginia, in the US as a kid, and i saw something that appeared identical to thses caecilians, with all the same features one night. Now that i know they're only found in Rain Forests, i'm very confused on what it could have been.
Any ideas what it was?

@ECHO1NINER
There are over 120 varieties but this is one of the few that lives in water.
You may have found a place where they were let go and thrived.
They are no longer available in pet stores.
Glad I could help bring back some memories.

@LightWaterRocks I've done some research, and this may seem far fetched but wow, i've found a species that seems identical to the creature i saw coiled in a muddy area. I set it as my profile picture if you're interested in seeing it.
Thanks for the video, It's encouraged me to go further into the subject, and yes thank you for bringing back the old memories!

@ECHO1NINER Good luck there is even less info about other species because they move when we dig. Finding one is magic.
