I had got Avast version 4.8 installed on three PC's and one of them has received the automatic update message but the other two have not! I wonder what this means! all I can think of is it depends on when you re registered Avast on a particular computer! I am still waiting for the automatic update message for the other two PC's

AVG and Avast work well together.

unfortunately if you have Windows 7 and a 64 bit machine Avast only support 32 bit machines...

I've got a problem with my Eset NOD32 antivirus. everytime an error popsup saying ''nod32 update incorrect username or password'' and the popup disappears sometimes after 10 seconds and if there's no internet connection it will popup saying ''nod32 update no internet connection'' and it keeps happening everytime I've got five computer and in all of them this happens.

I got the 5.0.545, I always get 100% cpu usage on all 4 cores, Any tips for me? Using AVG for now. I'm using XP.

I like the new Avast , its a very easy to use interface compared to the older more complicated GUI .
