Douglas Farah made living out of the stories he invented about Victor Bout. Farah try to attach the name of Victor Bout to anything the Bush administration named as enemy or terrorist organization, etc. Then Farah published his second CIA-financed book which supposed to have everything about Victor Bout, FARC was not mentioned in that book. On March 6 2008 Victor was arrested in Thailand on US allegation that he was trying to sel arms to FARC, immediately Farah started talking about FARC and then he lied under oath in his testimony before the US congress on August 2008. Farah testified that Bout had already sold arms to FARC (see his testimony on the internet), in this video you hear him denying that he ever accused Victor of doing anything illegal!
