I started training in Ng family style as a youth. it was siu lum. comprised of baji animal forms and wing chun. What I thought was interesting and that I have just realized the and realize more as I learn more about baguazhang is that we used bagua training methods, without being told that.
That is why our school produced some super talented students.
While I abandoned practicing the physical aspects, I never forgot the philosphies that were taught to us, that is how i dealt with life

Hey Sifu good stuff my Sifu has us doing Shaolin & Tan Tui. Basically Wushu leg kicking drills. Sometimes hey will let us warm up like you. He's Liang Family Bagua Practitioner. He doesn't post on the web though. He just see's what out there & lets us find out who is not real. He says you are a great teacher. He wants us to watch you. Because you are good. Not too many he likes. But you are his favorite. Peace Sifu. Bagua 4ever as well as all Real Martial Arts.

Clean warm up; side kick stretches are inspirational. Following this I realized my side kicks are Spaghetti-O's, have to crank up the flexibility. Thanks again.
