Abnormal kids are born in Gujrat and in the other parts of Pakistan because of INCEST cousin marriage.

They are called Rat Children because of the lack of education in Gujrat and the whole of Pakistan (Especially Villages)

There is no health risk campaign as such because the people refuse to accept facts because they don't understand genetics and think that it's the will of Allah, It's NOT the will of Allah it's the will of parents of want there kids to marry in the family so that they can keep hold of there family possessions such as Money, Land and such things that's why these poor kids are born like they are
