step 5 Disconnect and the thing will say formatting meaning you have to put every song back on your sansa

  • hey i have a question, my sansa says that i do not have enough free space for Music DB and to free 6 MB and says i have no songs when i go to music. ive deleted all the music and it still says that. How do i fix it?

  • @melgar32010 im sorry melgar32010 I do know how to fix that problem. Tip:Look at videos about sansa and read the comments thats how i found this out

  • @ICE4315 You Just Reset It By Holding The ON Until The Light Goes Off, Then Turn On, If it Is Still The White Screen, Repeat!
