Hmm, it might be because of the massive change in diet. If you really cut out all junk then you might experience some weird feedback for a little while. Also greens even regular stuff like cabbage, celery, lettuce, beans, etc. will give you gas. It's a matter of keeping up the diet and letting your system adjust. I went through the same thing a while back when I changed my diet around twice between being a lazy couch potato and starting my work out routines w/ proper diet.

Im having problems and need help thought I was doing everything right , cut out all junk food, eating fish, salad and beans, walking 3mi a day, also apples and oranges. Then all of a sudden my bowels seemed to lock up with cramping gas no movement for 2day. Dont know what has caused this. Help!miserable
