Castle of Illusion (Genesis) Level 1 Speed Run

One of my favorite games as a kid, I plan to speed run this game fully. This is the result of about a day of planning and execution. I take no damage here and would like to make it a no-damage run, unless there is some place where taking damage saves a lot of time (don't remember if there is off the top of my head).

Sorry for the interlaced video and laggy audio. I don't have my normal encoding setup since I recently got a new computer.
