Pretty straight forward, if Paypal has determined they nolonger wish to do business with you, it is pretty clear that they should without a doubt close the stupid account. Only reason to leave someones account open would be to continue doing business with the recipient. RIGHT OR WRONG?

Why do people use this shitty scam website called PayPal ? Because that's what PayPal is in the end if you think about it..

Not much you can do, any company uses these policies to get by with little regulation as possible. I can't remember the last customer support line I've called that didn't send me to a foreign country.. I think maybe only Newegg (which accepts Paypal :P) and I'm pretty sure anonymity can cover any possible are actual terrorist, unless he's dumb enough to name himself "AlQ!#@$ captain or something) We need to push laws to regulate them if they are to do business in U.S, boycotting will do nothing.

@darknessofkrish You are very right, sanctions and restrictions would prove far better because of the mindless zombie idiots that are all around us. I had more fun just poking fun at these asshats than anything because it is futile to go against the mighty giant but at least I can laugh about it.

Gawd! I have had a Pay Pal account for three years and have not had any problems.
One forgets that when buying online, one take a certain risk. Instead of blaming themselves for taking a chance, one likes to blame a third party like Pay Pal who just handles the purchase.
In an age that does not promote personal responsibilty (i'll say it again, RESPONSIBILITY) but promotes blaming and victomization (here! "Give me unreasonable attention. Waaa Waaa!").

You are deceived for sure.
Paypal is not a bank and Paypal does not have any US banking laws to follow.
This shows how stupid Americans are with their personal information.
In Europe the EU forced Paypal to follow EU banking laws, but while in the US Paypal is free to do as it pleases.
It is amazing how uneducated the American public has become and how stupid people are that allow Paypal to have access to personal information with no guidelines.
