Tuareg Imuhar ملايين الصحراء: إخواننا إيموهاغ Bombino aka Omar Moctar

The Tuaregs (called Imuhagh إيموهاغ in the Tamazight-Berber language or "Imazighen") are a Berber - Amazigh nomadic pastoral people. Tuaregs are a branch of the Berber people and are the native inhabitants of the Saharan desert(s) of North Africa (Libya, Algeria, Niger, Mali). They are neither black negroid people nor Arab, but Berber-Imazighen. Originally located in the region now called Fezzan (South West of Libya), Tuaregs descend directly from ancient Saharan peoples described by Greek historian Herodotus who mentions them as the "GARAMANTES" and the "GETULIANS." Among most notable archaeological evidence of very early presence of Tuareg in Libya are the ruins of GERMA located in Libya, rock paintings in Akakus mountains, Aïr, Tassili, and Adar n Ifoghas in Mali, and drawings on the walls of the grave of Pharaoh Ramses II in Egypt depicting Libyans warriors and Berber kings living westward of the Nile river, thousands years ago with white skin and blue eyes. While majority of Berber tribes migrated westward, Tuaregs expanded southward from the Fezzan region into the Sahel, up to the region today called Burkina Faso. There is also evidence that at, one point of time, the Garamantes reached the DOGON (Black) Empire in West Africa and inter-connected with Senufu kingdoms in the north of current Ivory Coast) and Peuls Black African empire (Guinea, Sierra Leone, Senegal and Mali). For 10,000 years, Tuaregs/Amazigh have been operating the trans-Saharan caravan trade connecting great cities of the Sahara via five desert trade routes to the northern Mediterranean coast of Africa (of which AWJILA and SIWA are worth mentioning). Following the independence of African countries in the 50 and 60, Tuaregs' territory was divided into separate fictious entities: Niger, Mali, Algeria, Libya, Morocco, and Burkina Faso. Since then, Imazighen Tuaregs have been suffering oppression, discrimination and manipulation from both ARAB nationalist -facists regimes and BLACK African corrupted governments, sometimes tainted with vicious Black supremacy racist theories. This short musical video is made of pictures from Libya (Ghat and Akakus region) dedicated to our brothers (Aytma in Amazigh language) the Tuaregs of Libya, Mali, Niger, Algeria and Burkina Faso. الطوارق شعب من الرحّل والمستقرين الأمازيغ يعيش في الصحراء الكبرى خاصة في صحراء الجزائر، ومالي، والنيجر وليبيا وبوركينا فاسو. والطوارق مسلمون سنيون مالكيون مع خلط من العقائد الأفريقية، ولهم نفس هوية سكان شمال أفريقيا ويتحدثون اللغة الأمازيغية.
الطوارق ينفردون بإسمهم المعروف لدى الأوربيين والعرب، والتفسير الأكثر منطقية هو أن اسمهم مشتق من الكلمة الأمازيغية Targa وتعني "الساقية" أو "منبع الماء."
ومن الثابت علميا أن منطقة الصحراء الكبرى الأمازيغية كانت خصبة تتوفر على الماء.
لكن الطوارق الأمازيغ يطلقون على أنفسهم "ئموهاغ" Imuhagh أو ئموشاغ Imuchagh وهما تنويعان للكلمة الأمازيغية Imuzagh. ولغتهم معروفة بـ"تاماشيق" Tamaciq وهي فرع من الأمازيغية Tamazight.
الطوارق يفضلون تسميتهم ب"إيماجيغن" أو "إيموهاغ" و معناها بالعربية "الرجال الشرفاء الأحرار".

Imekoran is a word and it means the great ones or Big ones.

whe say it as Imeqranen.

whe are not much diffrent from the tuareg but they are nomads and whe are settled.

@KushaDwipa I said the Tuareg still have the names of their ancestors mentioned along the North African coast. Barca, Tripolitania and the Syrtic region in Roman and greek texts. They are still called Mucteni Manus (Imakitan) Ilagwas (Imaslagha) Cadenit, Makkuritae (Imaqqoran), Mezurah or Misrata, Mazikes (Imoshagh or Amazigzel), Lamtuna and Lamta (Auelimmiden) Iforaces/Pharusii (Kel Iforas), The Byzantines call these tribes the Levathes or Lubiyata Mauri. Leo Africanus calls them the Numidians.

@ImazighenLibya - what I am saying is since the Tuareg are still called by their ancient names I wonder why people would try to make them into Garamantes an agricultural people that had little to do with the highly nomadic predatory Tuareg whose ancestors are of the coasts of Libya and Tunisia by the ancient Greeks and Romans.
