  • Thanks for the kind words... pike do bite twice a lot.. my favorite tactic is to let the bait settle if you've has a pike bite.. if it thinks it has wounded your bait, it will attack again!!

  • pike will hit pretty much any lure you put in the water they will hit things as small as 1/16th ounce jigs with a leech to big musky baits...use whatever you are confident in and you should catch pike

  • Rattling shads can be very productive on either stillwaters or rivers. For a Variety fish a river that also contains zander. Rattling shads can certainly have the edge.

    I once fished a stretch of the stour that was not known to contain zander and caught three on rattling shads and perch jellybaits!
