Check Los Esclavos, a group of the 1960's who were the first Mexican rock group to record original compositions in English for RCA Victor Mexicana. This group wasn't given its due because they weren't the commercial type of group the Mexican media liked.

Instrumentaly, it was awful. I did like the language crossover. The sound was real thin. I know these guys played strats and teles like the Kinks but it just wasn`t there. No body. It was real cool though.

Siempre la presencia de Paco Chica se agradece...pero tambien se echan en falta grupos como Sesion de Noche,400 Golpes y Dorian Gray... AJ.
