This is my 1st holiday video, "Let's Make Fitness A Part Of Christmas"! Hopefully, it will become a new Christmas tradition and inspire Santa to make some positive changes toward leading a healthy lifestyle. :)
NEWS RELEASE: In response to the growing levels of childhood obesity and Type 2 Diabetes, John wrote and produced a holiday song called "Let's Make Fitness A Part Of Christmas". By delivering a sound message "rapped" in a very humorous music video, John hopes to make healthy improvements to what's usually a season of overindulgence and unwanted weight gain.
Watch the video to see John, as his rapping alter ego "J-Bizzle", help jolly ole Saint Nick make some positive changes to the most joyous of holidays.
