@suhperman but it is what it is ( sorry i ran out of space on the first one) My point on the armbar drill is that i get that for those you just need to switch and get the feel but the detail of him just barely putting hes heels over his back and not the whole calf area to prevent the opponent from posturing up, and again i understand that its just a drill but you HAVE to do it correct even when drilling it, the way he did it is similar to a very new whitebelt who dousnt know the mechanics of it.

@suhperman yeah i understand what you mean, but let me assure you good sir that my two BJJ schools are legitimate lol my first Teacher was J.W. Wright who is a Royler Gracie and David Adiv blackbelt who just won his division in the Pan American games 2010 and is a first degree Sambo blackbelt from way back , my new school is the University of Jiu Jitsu where my new masters are multi time absolute and heavyweight AND Abu Dhabi champions Xande and Saulo Ribeiro. Sureyou might think im making it up
