Witch-king is more powerful than Gandalf (in the movie) Deal with people.

witch-king are cooler, more fearsome, lord over the terrible nine, my favorite bad guy.

Gandalf is a god of course, and I know it didn't happen in the book, but in the movie Witch-king took gandalf :D end of tale.
