Joe Arpaio is a man who brags about malnourishment of inmates, a large percentage pre trial detainees, stating how he saves taxpayers money. Of course the thousands he saves pales in comparison to the millions of tax payer money that went to wrongful death lawsuits. He's also known for conducting "criminal investigations" against his critics and is under FBI investigation.

You're a real hero Joe.
