@Neno8403 was born on July 12 1976 in Waterloo, Iowa. She released this particular song on July 16, 1991 [only 4 days after her 15th birthday]. The video for this song was released later on that same summer in 1991. So in actuality, Tracie Spencer was 15 when she made this video. Not 13 and certainly not 12.

She is now residing in the United Kingdom where she is "allegedly" still modeling and pursuing other interests. Her last musical recording was released in March 14, 2000 and her last album was released on June 29, 1999.

@21Spocaj I'm glad to hear that you are 20 years old because this song was released 20 [almost 21] years ago. It was actually released on July 16, 1991. So this song was more than likely released before you were born [or very close to when you were born]. I remember her very well. When this song was released I was only 1 month from having been out of college for 4 years. She was indeed very talented. But unfortunately she only produced three albums [and 2 singles] in her career.
