You're a genius of working smarter, which is so much more efficient and productive than working harder. Your work environment resounds not only with joy but with a basic respect for the humanity of the worker. Also, though, I think that "traditional" ways of looking at things almost always have some time honored and sustainable value, but, the obstacle we have really been facing is "conventional" thinking that was based on short term objectives and approaches with a vain, high friction mindset.
