The above video contains images captured at four of the most visited sites in Jerusalem.

1. The Temple Mount (site of Solomon's Temple)
2. The Garden of Gethsemane (site of Jesus' betrayal)
3. Church of the Holy Sepulcher (possible location of the crucifixion)
4. The Garden Tomb (possible location of Christ's burial)

While the graphic representations of Christ and depicted rituals are not part of our Reformed heritage, they are a part of the experience of Jerusalem, which is a city that holds deep significance to several religions around the world. Many of the tour stops cannot be confirmed as the actual sites where events of the Bible happened, except for a few locations like the Temple Mount. This is a great blessing. We are not called to worship an image or a site, but to place our trust in the Lamb of God who walked Jerusalem and now sits at the right hand of the Father in Heaven.

Music by Hiram Ring and Matt Monticchio (from the album 12 Gates, available on iTunes).
