For those of you who are wondering how the episodes from 2001 on were able to be taped at NBC Studios, it was because at the time of taping, NBC held a 32% ownership stake in Paxson Communications Corporation, owners of PAX.

When the credits: "Videotaped at NBC Studios, Burbank California" come up, I think they should have the NBC peacock with it.
