magyarul lsd. lent An excerpt from the program "Children's dance", produced by Sándor Tímár and broadcast by Hungarian State Television. At the end a young Márta Sebestyén (who went on to be the singer of world music band Deep Forest, and also sings in the film "The English Patient") teaches the vocal part to the studio audience. We also catch a glimpse of the band, which consists of the folk-club musicians Ferenc Sebő and Béla Halmos.
The introduction of the Tardona "czardas" includes some minute "ugrós" (leaping) motifs.
The dancers are villagers from Tardona: the man, Béla Balla, dances with his wife Eszter Gór. The other woman is Mrs Miklós Kulcsár.
The words to the csardás:
The young lady's herd is grazing nicely,
the young lady walks behind them.
From far away she calls to the cowherd,
darling, spread your coat on the ground.

In video 673, Eszter sings a different lyric to the same melody: "Vidróczky's not of noble descent"
According to Eszter this was mostly danced to vocals or a zither, and a gypsy band would only have been hired for a major celebration.

A tardonai csárdás bekezdőjében apró ugrós jellegű motívumok figyelhetők meg.
Táncolnak Tardonán lakó táncosok: A férfi Balla Béla, feleségével, Balla Béláné Gór Eszterrel táncol. A másik asszony neve Kulcsár Miklósné.
A csárdás szövege:
„Szépen legel a kisasszony gulyája,
A kisasszony maga sétál utána,
Már messziről kiáltja a gulyásnak,
Szívem gulyás terítsd le a subádat"

Eszti néni a 673-as videón másik szöveget is énekel rá: "Vidróczky nem nagy nemzetségből való"
Eszti néni elmondása szerint leggyakrabban csak énekre vagy citeraszóra táncoltak, cigánybandát csak nagy ünnepeken fogadtak.

Most traditional "csárdás" songs (unlike their ballroom-ized "czardas" counterparts, which usually have established authorships) have no title, and are therefore identified only by the first line of their lyrics. In this case, it is "szépen legel a kisasszony gulyája..."
