I don't particularly find this very good. Notice how nage moves long before Uke has committed to the strike, there by making it look very put on and uke is simply striking straight down and just going with it.
I've always felt that nage or Tori should move at the final instant, once there is intent and commitment behind the attack, thereby making the attack real and also giving Nage enough intention and momentum to work with and make something from.
