Bilingual skills: Québécois/European French/French African
This position entails providing technical support and customer service for incoming callers, Nationwide, using Diabetic Blood Glucose Monitors and related products.
Create your schedule 3 months in advance! Applicants should have flexible schedules, including the ability to work every other weekend.
Strong communication skills (both English and French), problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a diverse customer base are essential.
