I think the Dio's English voice actor enjoyed the role a bit too much. The Muda's and "The World!" sound a little overdramatic, but then again it is Dio so you almost have to be overdramatic to get it right.

The English ORA's sound better to me, and I've easily gotten used to "The World!" instead of "Za Warudo!"
