MGS2 Substance | How to get the shaver

Ever wondered how to get Snake to have no beard?

This is an Easter Egg in MGS2 and can only be obtained if playing the second chapter (Plant Episode as I call it) on the difficulty HARD or EXTREME (even EUROPEAN EXTREME since I live in the down under) for this to work. I choose EXTREME to show this as I did this with HARD before hand, and to double check for myself as well.
