When Congress or the courts ignore the FACT that the 10th Amendment LIMITES the scope of the Commerce and General Welfare clauses, then We the People MUST ignore the 16th Amendment to limit Congressional power. It is OUR DUTY!

If Congress throught the IRS comes after We the People for ignoring the 16th Amendment, then We MUST use the 2nd Amendment to DEFEND OUR LIBERTY! It is OUR DUTY!

I work for WALMART in little athens TN. I make 9.05 an hour, which for this region is nowhere near peanuts. I make more than some department mangers in my store...why? Because I chose to work harder for less. Now I am rewarded with higher wages...Unions are for the people that want something for nothing....they want to sit in the breakroom for 4 hours of their shift and not worry about losing their job. I also attend school full time...we need more work ethic, not assisted laziness!!!

Mr. Hare, Honest neighbors do not sit in government and steal their neighbors money and tear up and throw away the Bill of Rights which restricts governments from INFRINGING upon our Unalienable Rights granted to us by God our Creator. It's very strange that in Junior High School and again in High School, all students are required by law to study and pass the Constitution test. Yet you representatives in government act like the Constitution does not even exist.
