It's so very simple that I'm nearly ashamed to post it *grin*
Just don't bother pulling out the block (will be back anyways after death) but just open the door and let Lara be slayn in the door.
After being slayn there, the game continues exactly on that platform where the secret lies... that's all ^^

Are you sure? I tried so many different ways but this one seemed to be the fastest. Would be great, if you post the faster one here :)

Thats why I saved the game before I did that spot. It's very hard to do. But as you said, it doesn't even save one second.

This is an "AIR GLITCH" secret run. By jumping to a ledge while drawing weapons Lara could fly. This was discovered by xRikux89 ^^

Hmm. Much people told me, it's realy hard for them. But I never had a problem. I just press "G" to unholster her weapons and then I hammer on the jump button, instantly after. Sometimes it works easily, as in this spot. And sometimes it's horribly hard (f.e. in my vilcabamba run ^^)
