(cont. from previous comment) Action sync is not very precise and I feel it could have been done a little better. It feels like the video was made in something like Windows Movie Maker in that scenes can be synced up to every three frames. 7/10
Lip sync and Effects N/A
Effort and Originality will both get 8/10. It's an Evangelion Music video.... that said, originality is hard to come by. But it's a decent video and the song works well for its purpose. I certainly enjoyed watching it.

As a review would go on the .org: Video quality was good, subtitles are okay in some spots (fitting the theme of the video) but it would be nice to have had them removed in other places. For example, toward the end where the subtitles were mostly the lyrics to the music in the movie itself. Disregarding the idea of perfect compression (it's youtube after all) 9/10 for video quality.
Sound gets a 6/10. The audio had obvious distortion and artifacts that could have been avoided.
