Hey! I was about to do a video for my viewers about whether steaming and hot showers are good or bad for acne... I knew they weren't good, but that's interesting about the top layer of skin swelling. Thanks for the tip Fran, you rock :)

@DerekChaunessey No, if you eat a lot of junk food it can affect your acne,
but some people have liver problems or a weak liver and that can be a link to ones acne conditions.

Have you talked to a Dermatologist or even your regular doctor? Cystic acne is generally caused by bacteria trapped under your skin. You may need antibiotics, topical, oral, or both.

the hole thing about steaming your face and how oh its so bad thats bull crap i steam my face and i used to have such bad acne and then i started stemming my face and its really helped me alot so if your gonna say its bad for you face then your damn stupid :P
