To me this is what i really wanted for David,this homecoming, for him to experience all this love and validation. I mean,part of me would like him to win, but part of me thinks he'd be better off not winning. But to have this crazy homecoming seen by all of America,to me,is the real confirmation of the impact he's made. A title is just a title. If Archie doesn't win or make the finale it doesn't diminish what he's done.

i was on the field just a little bit behind the vip section! THe field was almost full when he got there. i stood there for 2 and a half hours before he finally came out. My voice is almost gone i was screaming so much!

i was pretty upset when i saw how much space left there was on the field, but then i looked at david cook and syesha's homecoming videos and there are soo many less ppl at theirs.

I was at Murray High school too! I was so excited, but we all had to wait hours before David finally showed up, but it was worth it! He sang 3 songs live! Angels, Stand By Me,and Imagine! He sounded better in person than on the show! (hardtobelieveiknow) Later all these crazy girl fans ran after to look for his limo and we all waited by it until he came out so we could get some pictures. Ill never forget it. Go david! You have so many fans rooting for you to win! You can do it We believe in you!
