It still out grossed Star Trek and yet they are making a sequel of that atrocity and not making a sequel of this marvelous re-introduction of the 70's version of Superman.

Ah I never saw Star Trek so I wouldn't know though considering what they could have done there are so many things wrong about this movie is i'm glad it isn't getting a sequel.
Not to start a argument but Spacey was a terrible Luther.

Where I don't like the ultra liberal things Spacey does. I Liked his Lex Luther. Spacey really made you hate him despite the fact the dialog was written with Gen Hackman in mind. The only things about Superman Returns I did not like was the imagery was two dark and they focused to much on how Lois feels about Superman. Out side of those two things, I can find nothing wrong with this movie.

Well Superman was stale because he barely talked at all in the suit so it was almost like he wasn't even there.

So Superman must be a chatter box like Adam West's Batman? He has to say things like "I'll Blow out the Fire!" and dont worry Miss Lane I'll Save you!" But wate he hardly talked in Superman one Luther did most of the talking in that one. And in Superman 2 he almost never opened his mouth as Superman.

Superman 2 wasn't that great though.

You kind of missed my point I mean like I never got the feeling that his was Superman or even clark Kent that much.
I mean it could have been done great but it fell short

John William's partiture is, as in many many movies, more than half of the film. Amazing theme. The most heroic theme ever!
