u can't have socialism and diversity. High taxes and a big welfare state only occur where the population is homogenous, - all the same race, because there are no ethnic divisions and the rich have "something in common" with the poor (race) so can empathise with them.That's why Scandinavia has good welfare provision and Brazil has none. Billy Bragg knows that race matters, that's why he lives in Burton bradstock, the whitest part of Englad one can find.

@MaxSafeheaD the Nazis were brought to power by the industrialists of the age. They talked about socialism but killed all the real socialists when they came to power. You need to stop believing they had anything to do with socialism just because they talked about it. They also said they were Christians.

NAZI is an abbreviation o fthe german "National sozialismus" or national socialism. The party actually contained elements from the whole political spectrum but Otto Strasser and Joseph Goebbels particularly hated capitalism.
You need to stop watching "Zeitguiest" movies and actually do some research and thinking for yourself.

The Selecter have given this song a real update. Called it "Big in Body, Small in Mind" and it is on their new album "Made in England" I know it is an advert but they have done a cracking job on the new album and this song has always been a favourite of mine.

Fascists, like the Nazis and their Western financial backers, are and were opposed to organized labor unions, economic equality, liberal democracy (because it's essentially socialism, e.g. Medicare, HUD or British national healthcare), and humanism. Fascists support exploitation of workers for the benefit of the capitalist elite and favor a strong government to enforce rigid laws benefiting big business rather than social needs. These problems are still relevant so this song is still sung.
