bravo man. I study other systems of kung fu now but i used to do wing chun and this helps me remember what I was taught back then. Never once have I heard Master Wong say anything negative about other Sifus. He's a mouthy dude without question but never a shit talker.

First: Props to the Producers of these Videos and to Sifu Wong. lol Reminds me exactly of my teachers/family. His accent, swearing, and his HAND ON teaching method. @highsociety9 I'm 100% with you. I just say that some traditions require you not to have sex for days or months before practicing qigong. What I think is that some of those traditions are a bit exaggerated. Maybe I'm wrong, who knows, it's just a hypothesis.

@jigokunoshinigami chi or qi is real, internal styles deal with life force energy which is lost during sex acts through the lower chackras. therefore refraining from sex acts allows the system to store a reserve of that vital life force energy which can then be utilized and directed through qigong exercises. not a myth, just misunderstood science bro.
