Mike Cammalleri began his career with the Los Angeles Kings.

mike Cammalleri was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the second round (49th overall) of the 2001 NHL Entry Draft. He made his NHL debut on November 8, 2002 against the Ottawa Senators; picking up his first NHL point with an assist. He scored his first NHL goal in his fifth game on November 16, 2002 against the Edmonton Oilers, the game-winner, in a 41 victory.

In the 200405 AHL season, Cammalleri was awarded the Willie Marshall Award for leading the AHL in goals, scoring 46 while playing for the Manchester Monarchs.

He was a member of the 2007 Canadian IIHF World Championship team that won gold in a 42 win against Finland in Moscow. Cammalleri received a new 2 year contract worth $3.1 million in 200708 and $3.6 million in 200809 for an average cap hit of $3.35 million per year. At the start of the 200708 season he was named an alternate captain for the Kings.

On September 29, 2007, he scored the first ever regular season NHL goal in Europe.

On draft day, June 20, 2008, Cammalleri was traded to the Calgary Flames in a three-way deal between the Anaheim Ducks and the Kings. The Flames acquired Cammalleri from the Kings in exchange for the 17th overall pick in the draft. Los Angeles then dealt the 17th selection and its 28th pick to the Ducks for their 12th overall pick.[1]

On June 25, 2008, Cammalleri was a guest on NHL Live! on XM Satellite Radio (channel 204) and saw for the first time a Flames jersey with his name and number 13 on the back.

Cammalleri scored his first career NHL hat trick on November 27, 2008 in Calgary's 4-3 win in a game with the Vancouver Canucks.[2] He scored his second career NHL hat trick in the Pengrowth Saddledome in a 5-2 win against the Buffalo Sabres on January 28, 2009, only two months after achieving his first.

On July 1st, 2009, Cammalleri signed a 5 year contract worth $30 million US with the Montreal Canadiens.

  • @divinefart lol you mad bro?

  • @corunguneee Some people love to talk shit on internet... In real life it would probably be different...

  • @corunguneee personnally i dont car if players speak english or not (english players, russian etc,)... we just want more quebecois. And nobody loves Pierre Gauthier here so... And if i was an english players i would probably not go to play for the Canadiens too

  • @divinefart Enjoy the fact that im not bilingual because if i were we would have a long conversation about that fucking retard.

  • @divinefart Pretty embarrassing if you really are an adult.

  • @kaloupo hey nut sucker, time and place... back up your bullshit, i am racist and not a little kid, so be a man and lets meet.... frog cunt....................

  • @Sweed2114 you know that alberta pays 6000$ for every man women and child in quebec, just so you can exist? a failed province run by a failed people, you cannot even afford to be french. you lost the war, and cannot even be frecnh with out people like me paying for you. its sad and must be frustrating being a failure as a culture.

  • @Sweed2114 The referendum is what created a lot of the bitterness towards Quebec. If you find out someone is 49.42% sure they want to leave you but stay obviously there'll be a sense of hate. People wonder why it's so hard to get star players to sign here. Check the 1st thing players say when coming here...'I have to learn french'. People wonder why we have Gauthier as GM (look at his career record as GM...easily one of the worst). Can you name another successful french GM that's available?

  • @divinefart I hope this petition is real. We don't love Canada but all the english canadiens(a ridiculous copy of stupid americans) were kneel down to keeping us when we did the referendums ... real fag yeah they talk they talk but when it's time you're all scared to lose ressources and 8 millions of people. CIAO ...Oh and wait. When did calgary do the series for the last time already??

  • @kaloupo perfect trade for both teams in my opinion. Cammy gets fan support and a place he loves to play, with great teamates to set him up. And Bourque gets a place with tremendous pressure that will hopefully push him to "show up" and play good every game. Although as it is I would say CGY got the better deal, Bourque has 30 goal potential, its just to bad he didnt use it.
