Tony: Three of the lamb noodles,
"Si wen" she says. Must be one for the camera man as well.
Tony: Har Gau and dumplings :) Gau means dumpling.
Chris: Har Gau are usually stuffed with shrimp. :) Har means shrimp, so you would expect it to be.
oh and @rostant999 that girl is probably from the mainland, where they wear exactly those kind of glasses.

a bowl of those lamb noodles on a cold winter night is awesome!

iN THE BASEMENT OF Golden Shopping mall is a better soup place the noodles are thinner,cut by hand, the broth richer and darker, and the chili in oil is Sichuan. But the best "Lamburger" is at Xian Foods .

My favorite Dim Sum place in Brooklyn! I had no idea it was featured on No Reservations. Awesome!
