  • I feel your pain! I have been going through general anxiety and panic disorder for the past seven plus years. I just purchased his program. It's $97. He makes more sense than most people out there on the issue. And I love that he has first-hand knowledge about this. By the way, it is possible to overcome this. I have had a few years where it was almost gone, then came back for other reasons, stressors in my life.

  • Hello there! Have you considered anxiety zero technique (It is at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend pretty much cured panick attacks with it.

  • Hey! Have you thought about anxiety zero technique (Go to anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate pretty much cured worries with it.

  • @Weiisthebest You simply won't sweat or smell at all. I only use it about every three weeks you don't need to use it very often. There is a fairly high aluminium content in it though so see how you go. I don't think I have any side effects at all but as I said you don't use it that often.

  • @Weiisthebest Hi there. There is a product called Driclor which you can get at the chemist. It will STOP you sweating. You can use it for your underarms and on your hands and feet. You shower, dry yourself really well so there is no moisture on you, then put it on.

  • As well as the dangers of pharmaceutical drugs (and by the way MANY pharmaceutical drugs can do this to you even antibiotics like flagyl). I believe that a simple course of antibiotics can START this terrible anxiety and noone makes the link and it can cause a lifetime of terrible suffering - pharmaceutical companies have a great deal to answer for - do some research on the net).

Also DON'T TOUCH CAFFEINE OR ALCOHOL if you are getting over an anxiety condition.

    Thanks for this video.
