@mumandtwins yes it is s sad thing one you lose love ones like this and so young
-
sorry for your lost family of the boy don't blame yourself his dad

@StrangelyGreat as in many parts of society the few bad apples spoil it for the rest this is even more reason for young drivers to help and participate in the education of other young drivers about the risks, and most importantly consider the risk themselves. I have been driving for 23 years and never been involved in a major crash, although I have been rear ended by an impatient 19 year old driver, in the city, thankfully no one was seriously injured

@mumandtwins' Young drivers exhibit certain attributes that contribute to their higher risk of road crashes. These include: * Lack of experience * Risk taking behaviour * ' I see where you coming from I really do and I am really sorry for your loss. Respectfully I am. But I just wanted to say that yes some young people can be idiots and some people can think it's funny go get high and drive around or drink but as young people we do get a lot of bad press just because of a few bad apples.

@StrangelyGreat you don't get it do you, teenagers are grossly over represented in Road Crash Statistics, I am not that stupid not to realise that Crashes happen every day, it is not a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and yes ANYONE can become involved in a crash it does not matter what age, the point of my videos is RISK MINIMISATION young drivers are at a higher risk than any other agegroup. I am also not that stupid to hold them responsible for every crash that happens

@mumandtwins yes because they are new drivers and there are many of them. But the point I have made is still correct. You can't blame one group of people for something terrible which has happened and then deem them responable for ever incident there after. Anyone can go out and have some kind of bad accident which is fatal on any day of the week at any time. It's just up to timing really, being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Accidents unfortunatly happen everyday.

@StrangelyGreat yes every new driver has inexperience however teenagers it has been proven are at greater risk

@MYlastthought I completely agree. I am a young driver and I have never had an accident in my car. I make sure that people know I have only been driving for 8 months every time anyone asks to get into my car. And I have never been drunk while driving, or been high or anything else that may effect my driving. I am also sorry for your loss but it's unfair to blame every accident on the road on one group of people. Yes young drivers are inexperence but every driver in the world was at some point.
Looks like bad driving runs in the family if another family member crashed/died in the same spot a few years prior.

@My1968Impala not the same spot the bridge crash was 700 metres away from the scene of this particular crash
